What is it like working with me?

STEP 1 Consultation and Proposal
We will meet by phone or video chat. During this meeting, I will be interested in getting to know all about your business. We will also discuss the current accounting software you use, how you are currently managing the books, and how I can best assist you. I primarily work in QuickBooks Desktop, but I can work in other software as well. If you wish to move forward at the end of the meeting, I request that you add me as a viewer to your current accounting software. This allows me to go in and look at the amount of transactions your business has per month. This determines the bookkeeping package I recommend for your business. After reviewing your software, the package that best fits your business will be selected. Then I will email you a personalized proposal outlining the clean-up process, monthly bookkeeping services, and your investment. After reviewing the proposal, you will sign the document indicating acceptance.

STEP 2 Engagement Letter and Invoice
You will review and sign my engagement letter and submit your first payment.

STEP 3 On-Boarding and Clean-Up
On-boarding begins! I will request several documents (all bank, credit line and credit card statements) that will allow me to begin the clean up process. I’ll then provide services to get your bookkeeping information cleaned up, structured, and up-to-date.
